Registration Information
For the summer 2026 schedule, classes are being offered both via live stream on Zoom and in person at the studio.
Zoom class links are sent via email. Subscribe on our home page to receive the link
Students need to bring their personal props for use at the studio.
You can use your class pass or Venmo for a drop in rate.
Pre-recorded classes are also available for purchase. Contact Alissa for additional information.

Wednesdays

Thursdays
9:00 am - 9:30 am - Guided Meditation Live Streamed
Fridays
8:30 am - 9:45 am - Yin Yoga at Fearless, Fierce and Free Studio + Live Streamed
Saturdays
7:30am - 8:30 am - Beach Yoga - for information and directions see “Class Descriptions”

Class Pricing
Drop in rate $20 per yoga class / $15 per meditation class
Guru Special $140/10 classes
